‘PAPABILE’ WOMEN

A NEW CONVERSATION ABOUT LEADERSHIP

The cardinals are looking for a new leader for the Catholic Church. Our influence is minimal, but one thing is for sure; an autocratic monarchy is emphatically not the answer.

Can any single person provide the leadership we need? Surely, we need a variety of skills and gifts used collaboratively for the good of all and the world.

Here’s our contribution to the conclave. We spotlight a tiny number of the women in the Church with the magnificent gifts the church needs from its leaders.

All these women are ‘papabile’ within a transformed leadership. They have all made their mark as strong women leaders.'
